OUR POLICIES

  • We are a 21+ live music venue

    Under 21 permitted when accompanied by parent or legal guardian over the age of 25

    All guests must present their valid, government issued photo identification.

    A valid ID is a current, government issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, military ID)

  • Advanced tickets sales typically end at the time doors open of the event.

    Door fees are cash only—there is an ATM available near the entrance

    Tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device

    The Englewood is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through Eventbrite. For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, The Englewood is not responsible for any fraudulent activity, and will not honor invalid tickets

    The Englewood is not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than through Eventbrite and will not honor, exchange, or refund counterfeit, duplicate or invalid tickets

    Tickets are refundable to the original payment. Eventbrite fees will still be applied, and not be refunded

    A credit to Eventbrite is also available in lieu of refund

    If a show is cancelled, tickets will automatically be refunded if purchased directly via Eventbrite

    If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required

    Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them if any refund options for postponed, reschedule, or moved events

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or security so we can address the concerns.

    We are a no smoking, no vaping venue and property

    No weapons of any kind are allowed in the venue

  • Shows at The Englewood range from Reserved Tabled Seating to General Admission Standing Room Only.

    Each event listing will clarify what type of seating will be available for that given show.

    In the case of General Admission/Standing Room Only events, very limited seating will be available on a first come, first seated basis. A place to sit in the venue space is not guaranteed.

  • Photo and/or recording policies are at the band's discretion and change from night to night

    No flash photography

    No professional cameras (w/ removable lens), recording devices (GoPros/ zoom recorders), or selfie sticks are allowed

    Members of the press with professional cameras must have a press pass arranged in advance in order to shoot during the show. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance

  • No outside food or beverages permitted

    If you would like to have a meal before your show, we recommend you visit our taproom and bar, located on our lower level, and give yourself about 1.5 hours before the show.

  • Guests should be prepared to have all hand carried items open and ready for inspection. Hand carried items include, but are not limited to: small bags and purses

    Backpacks, equipment bags and other large bags are not permitted

    The Englewood is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

    No fliers, stickers, tagging, or handbills

    There is no coat check, but in the winter months there is a coat rack in the bar area that is hang at your own risk

We reserve the right to make changes to show details as needed (ex. band requests, health and safety, and venue needs)

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BY ENTERING THE ENGLEWOOD VENUE, YOU CONSENT TO YOUR VOICE, NAME, AND/OR LIKENESS BEING USED, WITHOUT COMPENSATION, IN FILMS AND TAPES FOR EXPLOITATION IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVISED, FOR ETERNITY, AND YOU RELEASE THE ENGLEWOOD, THEIR SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND LICENSEES FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER OF ANY NATURE. DO NOT ENTER THE VENUE IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING.
